In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads within our core markets. About the Role

We are offering a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 plus commission for this position. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to generate new business opportunities and exceed apprenticeship targets. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, ensuring learner eligibility is met, and developing an engagement plan to generate new sales leads and apprenticeship opportunities within SMEs.

Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Identifying new business opportunities and exceeding apprenticeship targets
  2. Ensuring all learner eligibility is met via new business and account management activities
  3. Working alongside Business Development Managers to generate further new business to meet ambitious growth plans
  4. Developing an engagement plan to generate new sales leads and apprenticeship opportunities within SMEs
  5. Supporting BDMs with large corporate organisations who would benefit from apprentices
  6. Sharing ideas, providing valuable insights and advice to learners and employers
  7. Working consultatively with prospective clients to create bespoke apprenticeship delivery models
  8. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key client contacts
  9. Delivering an exceptional customer experience to every client
  10. Working collaboratively with internal colleagues to ensure effective communication of new business deliverables
  11. Ensuring all commercial arrangements are agreed as part of the onboarding process
  12. Adhering to GDPR regulations and internal data security policies and procedures
