Business Development Executive

IPSGROUP Careers is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through broker channels. With a strong background in business development and account management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with commercial clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial insurance or financial services. You should have a proven track record of success in generating revenue through broker networks and be able to provide expert advice on insurance products. In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve assigned portfolio growth and profitability targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with brokers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales solutions.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and private health insurance.
