Strategic Business Development Manager

BAM Construct & Ventures UK is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Western region team, based out of our Bristol office. This role reports directly to the Pre-Construction Director in the Western region and involves working closely with the senior team to shape the future portfolio of projects.
As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and creating opportunities for all BAM Construct business streams, including BAM Construction, BAM Properties, and other related ventures. Your primary objective will be to develop relationships and work for the regional business while also seeking and creating opportunities for all BAM Construct business streams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build positive relationships internally and externally, leading to successful outcomes and work for the business. You will also contribute to the national and strategic business development activity, attending meetings and client activities as required. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a significant benefits package, including an electric car or car allowance, contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and gym subsidy.
