  • Conduct requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and other methods, documenting business needs and preparing business cases.
  • Collaborate across teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Oversee and manage projects across the UK outsourcing portfolio, coordinating globally distributed teams to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days.
  • A defined contribution pension scheme, which Gallagher will also contribute to.
  • Life insurance, which will pay 4x your basic annual salary, which you can top-up to 10x.
  • Income protection, we'll cover up to 50% of your annual income, with options to top-up.
  • Health cash plan or Private medical insurance.
