Role SummaryThe Head of Business Development will lead the team to develop compelling strategies that help us maintain and enhance the high profile of our brand, raise our profile in new markets and ultimately support business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive business growth.
- Productise key employee engagement solutions and develop go to market plans.
- Lead the generation of client leads, develop proposals in partnership with internal teams, and achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate business leads and ensure growth of the agency.
- Represent the agency at industry events and build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Network with the wider Mccann Worldgroup teams to identify opportunities where we can add greater value to existing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
- Experience in leading business development teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering results-oriented business development plans.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including 28 days holiday, plus the opportunity to buy more holiday, enhanced pension contributions, life assurance and much more.
