Strategic Education Growth Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Growth sales team as an Education Sales Partner (ESP). This role offers the chance to build deep, strategic relationships with primary schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), positioning you as a trusted advisor in educational growth.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to value demonstration, customer retention, and growth. They will be able to analyse sales data, manage sales pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.
Familiarity with the UK education landscape, including industry trends and government policies, with specific knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by schools and MATs is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term client retention and drive strategic engagement.
This role requires the ability to cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders in schools and MATs, ensuring annual renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting expansion of 3P product suite. You will develop and implement a targeted strategy for key accounts, driving pipeline growth and aligning your approach with our sales methodology for maximum impact.
As a member of our Growth sales team, you will play a key role in generating revenue through partnering with educators to support student outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders in schools and MATs, ensuring annual renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting expansion of 3P product suite.
- Developing and implementing a targeted strategy for key accounts, driving pipeline growth and aligning your approach with our sales methodology for maximum impact.
- Proactively addressing potential risks, managing customer satisfaction, and reducing product fatigue to maintain engagement and increase feature adoption.
- Conducting in-depth discovery processes to align our solutions with the evolving challenges and aspirations of schools.
- Staying updated on product developments and industry trends, positioning us competitively in the UK primary school market.
- Fostering relationships with customer advocates within schools and MATs to highlight best practices and drive testimonials.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
