We are currently recruiting for a Strategic Business Development Lead for Aerospace & Defence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth from start-up to scale-up.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for revolutionising the market with cutting-edge valve technology. Your main objectives include achieving ambitious new business targets, nurturing and expanding existing accounts, and managing inbound opportunities.

You will represent a game-changing brand that delivers unparalleled value across industries, connecting with customers worldwide and showcasing the revolutionary benefits of our products. To succeed in this role, you will need experience in crafting and executing strategic business plans aligned with company goals, as well as a proven track record of success in similar roles or organisations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar roles or organisations.
  • Strong background in business development and revenue growth.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
