Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategic plans for existing client accounts, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for Stirling Dynamics' services within accounts, driving new business to closure.
  • Influence and network with current and prospective clients to build relationships at all levels and identify business needs.
  • Work as part of a wider team to support Business Unit initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Lead sales activity in the account, working with senior members of the delivery organisation to ensure successful projects and secure new and repeat business.
  • Meet requirements for client engagement, CRM data entry, quality, activity reporting, and supporting solution creation and proposal writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant business and/or engineering qualifications.
  • Knowledge of the international aerospace market, including customers, competitors, market segment values, new platform developments, and technology providers.
  • Highly personable with strong relationship building skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team working skills.
