We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Aerospace Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd.
About the Role:- Develop and execute sales plans that align with our manufacturing company's growth targets and production capacities, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team, empowering each member to understand product technicalities and value propositions, and providing training on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- You have proven experience as a Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry or similar field, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- You can interpret technical product specifications and translate them into compelling sales pitches, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
