Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at Maximus, you will provide exceptional support to our service users, working with a variety of organizations from charity, third sector, and government sectors. Your tasks will include understanding and advising customers on a wide range of information, providing a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and meaningful information to support our customers.
  • Maintain the Customer Records Management (CRM) system through accurate data input and record keeping.
  • Work with colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure continuous service improvement by initiating and responding to change in a positive manner.
  • Operate in compliance with all company policy & procedures, HR best practice, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of delivering a service that provided a supporting role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathise with people at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and resolve complaints.
  • Emotional resilience.
