Administrative Support Officer

Knockdene HealthCare Ltd, a reputable family run Nursing Agency based in Ballymena, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the company's payroll and invoicing systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input timesheet information to the company's software system and ensure it is ready for processing by the required deadlines.
- Calculate and input all statutory payments in accordance with relevant schemes and regulations.
- Prepare a high volume of weekly invoices using Xero Accounting software.
- Take ownership of pay and invoice queries and ensure resolutions are delivered in a timely fashion.
- Reconcile bank statements for payroll and invoicing using Xero software.
- Calculate and process holiday pay, SSP/SMP/SPP.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' paid experience in a finance role, preferably using Xero or similar accounting software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confidence with IT and software systems, including the company's bespoke CRM system.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum,
