Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Caerphilly. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with HR systems and be able to maintain and update the recruitment system accurately.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Supporting the Human Resources Team.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment system.
  • Ensuring all contract amendments are accurate, complete, and up to date with HR systems.
  • Obtaining references, DBS checks, and other employment checks such as right to work.
  • Supporting onboarding, new starter induction, and scheduling new starter training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous recruitment experience.
  • Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
  • Experience working with DBS Checks, reference, and right to work checks.

We estimate that this role would attract a salary range of £27,000 - £37,000 per annum based on national averages.
