Link Financial Outsourcing are looking for a driven & organised individual to join our HR team as a HR Administrator. This position offers an excellent starting point for those eager to kickstart their career in HR and gain valuable experience working within a successful HR team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Enter and update employee information into the Employee files and HR Systems, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of various HR documents, such as employment contracts and forms, before inputting them into the system.
- Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Undertake a variety of HR administrative duties to support the team and department, specifically relating to creating letters and various other HR Documents.
- Make a positive contribution to the performance of the overall team, working to agreed procedures and standards, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Creating presentations across a range of topics.
- Be the Employee engagement advocate.

**Work Experience and Qualifications**
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Have excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Have the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Experienced in working within an administrative/office supportive role. (Desirable)

**Other Role Detail**
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary: £22,500 - £24,500 per annum
