**Customer Service Executive at phs Greenleaf - Full Time, permanent position.**

Greenleaf are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support its ongoing success and being the central contact point for our clients.

**A day in the life of a Customer Service Executive will involve.**
- Working efficiently and effectively to resolve any customer requests and queries
- Building up great working relationships with Greenleaf’s key customers, being the main contact for those accounts
- Handling any queries regarding, deliveries, collections, or installation issues.
- Liaising with depot administrative teams to resolve issues within agreed SLA timeframes
- Assist with inbound calls
- To aid and cover for the Customer Excellence Manager as necessary.
- Communicate Greenleaf’s product and services well.
- Aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, highlighting the root cause and help implement sustainable solutions
- Communicate Greenleaf’s product and services well.
- Strong communication and consultative skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule in a growing environment.
- Strong time management, reporting and analysis skills.
- Good IT skills - usual office programmes, Word; Excel, Outlook
- Creative approach to problem solving.
