Recruitment Co-ordinator - Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd
**Recruitment Co-ordinator**:
**Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd** is looking for a talented Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team in Caerphilly.
You will work with and support all members of the People function which include HR and Learning and Development.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the recruitment process via our applicant tracking system
- The ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand the requirements of potential positions
- Supporting hiring managers with role profiles, and benchmarking for roles
- Conducting telephone interviews as part of the screening process
- Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards
- Utilising our skills testing platform to support hiring managers with the screening process
- Support the department manager with weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the organisation’s recruitment activity
- Supporting hiring managers with interviews/note taking when required
**Work Experience and Qualifications**
- Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined attention to detail
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a recruitment environment/HR team
- Good level of experience in all Microsoft packages
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to all levels.
- Capable of developing effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders
**Other Role Detail**
- Caerphilly office based.
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary - up to £26,000 per annum
