This role is ideal for a proactive and dependable individual who can provide essential administrative support to the Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Service Manager
- Managing data entry and document preparation
- Communicating with stakeholders via phone and email
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £11.67 per hour - 37.5 hours per week
