About the Role

The Recruitment Administrator will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment processes in Caerphilly. This role requires a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience and be familiar with ATS and HR systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Supporting the Human Resources Team.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining and updating the recruitment system.
  • Ensuring all contract amendments are accurate, complete, and up to date with HR systems.
  • Obtaining references, DBS checks, and other employment checks such as right to work.
  • Supporting onboarding, new starter induction, and scheduling new starter training.

Responsibilities
  • Previous recruitment experience.
  • Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
  • Experience working with DBS Checks, reference, and right to work checks.

We estimate that this role would attract a salary range of £29,000 - £39,000 per annum based on national averages.
