We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Caerphilly, working closely with our hiring managers to find the best candidates for our open vacancies. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing applications, searching CV databases, and managing multiple vacancies at once.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Utilizing CV databases to search for difficult-to-find skillsets
  • Providing accurate data and reports as required

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • 37-hour working week, Monday-Friday
  • Hybrid working opportunity available after 2-week induction
