Community Benefits Coordinator

We’re looking for a Community Benefits Coordinator to join our growing Customer Involvement team.
This role will involve putting customers at the heart of decision making at United Welsh, ensuring the services we deliver benefit the changing needs of our customers and communities.
We’re looking for someone to help us utilise community benefits to build stronger communities, reduce social exclusion and poverty and encourage the development of the economy. This role will ensure that United Welsh has robust processes in place that are effective in enabling community benefits to be delivered, and that value for money is achieved.
This role will help develop, implement and monitor an approach to:
- Recruiting and training of economically inactive people (TR&T)
- Supply chain initiatives covering:
- Retention and training of existing workforce
- Community initiatives
- Contributions to education
- Environmental initiatives
- Equality and diversity objectives
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £31,508.74 per year
