**Reporting to: Neighbourhood Manager**

**Broad purpose of the post -**

We are looking for two people to join our Neighbourhood team as Community Caretakers. This new role will help manage bin store misuse and fly tipping across our communities.

Each role will manage its own geographical area, providing a roaming service to make sure any issues are cleared immediately.

The Community Caretakers will work closely with our Neighbourhood team to provide an excellent service to our residents and make sure our legal and regulatory requirements are met.

**- Full time, 35 hours**

**- Temporary, two years fixed term**

**- £27,000 per annum**

**- Closes Tuesday 25th June, 9am**

**- Interviews Wednesday 3rd July**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
