**Your role as a Sales Support Coordinator at phs Group**:

- Accurately calculating commission and bonuses due to employees in our sales teams
- Checking commission calculations from other parts of the business
- Running the Payroll transfer and wage run, to review commission and bonus payments
- Setting up remuneration schemes on our system and making sure employees are assigned to the correct scheme
- Assisting with sales queries on payments, business movements, pricing and products
- Maintaining product pricing on our systems including Salesforce
- Administrate payments, new starters, leavers and update our IT team on amendments
- Distribute league tables and weekly pay statements
- Support the teams with updates to movements, commissions and systems
- Previous experience with calculating figures such as commissions and bonuses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An effective expert in calculating payments due, able to meet challenging deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
