About the Role

This role involves driving new business through cold calling, emails, and other business development activities. You will develop and service your own temporary contracts, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and candidates.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions. This position also supports recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
  • Build trust with clients by providing excellent customer service and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Support recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Requirements:
  • A sales-orientated mindset with a hunger for growth and success.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships.

Estimated Salary:

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus structure and benefits package.
