About the Role:

We are seeking a sales-driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and the motivation to develop strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Drive new business through cold calling, emails, and other business development activities.
  2. Contract Management: Develop and service your own temporary contracts, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Permanent Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews and beyond.
  5. Candidate Support: Answer inbound calls, resolve issues, and handle candidate queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  6. CRM Maintenance: Maintain our CRM system, keeping candidate and client records up-to-date and organised.

Requirements:

  2. Strong Communication: Strong communication skills, comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships.

  5. Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised, especially within a CRM system.
  6. Full UK Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
