Job Description:

This role requires developing and servicing your own temporary contracts, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing needs, and offer tailored solutions.

You will support recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and more. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business through targeted outreach and marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
  • Building trust with clients through excellent customer service and tailored staffing solutions.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.

Salary and Benefits:

£22,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus structure, 25 days annual leave, public bank holidays, and a range of benefits.
