Job Summary
A sales-driven individual is required to join a dynamic recruitment team. The successful candidate will drive new business, develop client relationships, and support recruitment efforts for temporary and permanent vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Develop and service temporary contracts, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support recruitment efforts for permanent vacancies, from sourcing candidates to arranging interviews.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Sales-orientated mindset with a hunger for growth and success.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships.
  • Ambition and resilience – ready to tackle new challenges and go the extra mile.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized, especially within a CRM system.
