We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team at DS Smith, based in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts across various channels.

About the role:

  • You will plan, implement, track and optimise digital marketing activities across our websites, social media, email, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
  • You will support activity across a mix of channels that drives lead generation, opportunity creation, and lead nurturing, identifying the most effective messaging and calls to action.
  • You will manage a variety of social media campaigns, both paid and organic, to drive audience engagement as well as sales leads.
  • You will report on performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) using relevant analytics tools and make recommendations.
  • You will review new technologies and digital trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • You will evaluate the online customer journey to improve the customers' online experience and improve conversions.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • You will have relevant qualification/degree, or experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • You will have B2B experience.
  • You will have knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, SEO, and social media campaign management.
  • You will be able to prioritise workload and work efficiently.
  • You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with other teams throughout the business.
  • You will have interest in sustainability and innovation.
  • You will have European language skills which would be advantageous.
