Role Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of our business, responsible for identifying top talent, building lasting relationships, and managing multiple vacancies to ensure phs Group has the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Daily tasks involve reviewing candidate applications, sourcing suitable talent for open positions, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience in telephone-based roles is essential for this position.
  • Confidence in using various communication methods, particularly phone and email, is required.
  • Ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media platforms is a key part of this role.
  • Utilizing CV databases to find candidates with specific skillsets is an important responsibility.
  • Telephone screening of candidates requires strong interpersonal skills.
  • Providing accurate data and reports as required ensures effective decision-making.
