Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Casework and Support: Conduct casework and provide one-to-one support to clients to help them achieve independent living.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist clients with finances and grant applications to ensure they receive the support they need.
  • Liaising with Agencies: Collaborate with relevant organizations to ensure seamless support services for clients.
