Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls
* Making outbound calls as and when required
* Maintaining up-to-date records including reports using Microsoft Excel
* Assisting with the daily management of temporary worker contracts
* Assisting with a weekly payroll
* Preparing and sending invoices using Sage One
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel etc) and Sage (preferably).
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers is essential.
* A good sense of humour
Hours of work:
9.30am - 2.15pm
(flexible hours for the right candidate)
Salary:
£12.75p/hr
(Paid weekly in arrears)
