**The Role**

We are currently looking for an Aftersales Administrator to become an essential member of the Sales office and Commercial team. You will be responsible for client aftersales queries and the raising of aftersales orders and quotes. You will be integral to the smooth running of the office and the administration duties involved.

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Aftersales quotations
- Raising sales orders
- Requesting stock items and raising relevant paperwork
- Packing and posting spares items via Royal Mail
- Ordering non stocked products
- General office duties such as welcoming visitors, answering the telephone, franking mail and arranging mail collections
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for other office roles such as transport administration and order processing.
- Ensuring that personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules
- Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines and procedures are always followed
- Additional tasks as and when required relevant to job role

There will be some manual handling activities with this role.

**The following Personal skills and experience are essential**
- Previous SAGE experience
- Customer Service skills
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office
- The ability to multitask

**34.5 Hours per week Monday - Friday**

Pay: Up to £22,500.00 per year
