About the role

You will support the Head of HR Services, working with SLA packs and deploying appropriate auditing checks of payroll and HR services to ensure performance is managed and reported on effectively. You will undertake project work as directed to improve the efficiency of HR service and improve the scope of service catalogue.

About you
- Experience in HR/Business Administration/Data Management
- Experience in creating business requirements documentation and process mapping
- Understanding of KPI performance metrics as well as experience in forecasting and performance analysis
- Knowledge and experience with PowerBI, MS Access or other reporting tools is required
- Understanding of how data can be transferred between systems or interfaces
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, able to manipulate data in Excel and present in PowerPoint
