**Job Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to work in our ever growing and exciting NPL servicing area, where you will play a pivotal role in building, and maintaining strong relationships with external third parties, vendors, and servicing managers.

As Account Servicing Officer you will be responsible for preparing reports and updating both internal and external databases. You will play a key role in ensuring our portfolios are worked in-line with agreed SLA’s whilst working with our partners to develop solutions to meet their requirements and seek out continuous improvement to services provided.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do’ working style.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide analysis and respond to all incoming queries, including data visualisation, statistical summaries and updating parts of our internal databases
- Daily account updating and returning all generated files in line with agreed formatting
- Assist with on-boarding queries escalated by vendors, agent and other third parties.
- Monitor and escalate late/non
- payment of accounts from the agent/third party in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements
- Perform reconciliation of loan portfolios to ensure data accuracy across each loan segment
- Assist with the development of processes for service improvement
- Raise recurring errors to reduce inaccuracies with external parties
- Manage and assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for invoicing
- Produce ad-hoc statistical summaries for portfolio management
- Review payment schedules and notify external parties were promoted
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
- Attend internal and external meetings to provide support and guidance on related administrative issues
- Assist colleagues and work within a team in support of department goals, demonstrating ability to work collaboratively and with a strong team spirit
- A willingness to accept additional responsibilities and take on ad hoc projects as required

**Experience**

Educated to Degree level
You will be comfortable dealing with complex tasks and come with solid understanding of Insolvency and portfolio/client management
Experience of working in statistical analysis
Relationship management experience, at senior level.

**We would be looking for the following skills/qualifications**:

- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge - including VLOOKUP’s, Pivots, Charts etc
- Strong and accurate written and numeracy skills
- Able to extract data from multiple systems and analyse in Excel to produce comprehensive reports
- You must demonstrate the ability to build and develop relationships at all levels, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and curiosity to learn key indicators of success

**Role Package**

Hours of Work: Full time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
