Job Description: Data Entry Specialist (Atex Inspection)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist for our Atex Inspection division. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all data entry tasks related to Atex Inspection. Your primary focus will be on managing and organizing data using Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating labels and preparing site packs for our engineers to utilize on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks for Atex Inspection, ensuring the integrity and quality of the data.
- Utilize Office 365 tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, to organize and manage data effectively.
- Create labels and prepare site packs for engineers, ensuring all necessary documents and information are included.
- Collaborate with the Atex Inspection team to understand data requirements and ensure data entry meets their needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.
- Identify and communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Office 365, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.
