Data Analyst - Service Excellence and Insights

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Information and Business Transformation team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services by gathering and transforming data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across the organisation to gather data and provide insights to support operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Permanent, full-time position (part-time hours may be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
