Data Analyst - Service Excellence and Insights

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Information and Business Transformation team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our services by gathering and transforming data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across the organisation to gather data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • Transform data into actionable recommendations to help us meet the needs of our residents and achieve our operational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
