Care Support Specialist

Pobl Group is seeking a Care Support Specialist to join their team and provide support to individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enabling people to live independent lives and a strong initiative to work alone and as part of a team.
The Care Support Specialist will work with a team of dedicated professionals to provide daily support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. This includes supporting with daily aspects of living, such as medication administration, cooking skills, and personal care needs.
The successful candidate will have a background in working with people with physical or mental health needs, although full training and support will be provided. The Care Support Specialist will be expected to be a team player, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Pobl Group offers a range of benefits, including a competitive hourly rate of £12.15, sleep-in rate of £62.64, and 26 days (pro rata) holiday entitlement. The company also offers a pension scheme, sick pay, and a range of other benefits.
