Strategic Account Lead

Overview
Abm seeks an exceptional Strategic Account Lead to oversee the operational aspects of key accounts, driving revenue growth and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generating revenue in line with individual targets
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to all opportunities
- Develop and present alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently
- Work closely with the Business Development team to share relationships and cross-sell
- Effectively manage the operational aspects of the account portfolio, including goal setting and objective planning
- Conduct ongoing Health and Safety reviews across the account portfolio
- Regularly review and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide analytical reporting of account portfolio performance to inform key decisions
- Drive social value in line with Abm and customer ambitions
Requirements
- Technical background in the M&E industry
- Proven successful working relationships with high-end service providers
- A motivator and leader of people with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive understanding of KPI and SLA scoring mechanisms
- Strong leadership qualities across all levels of the business
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the market and current trends
- A good understanding of contractual terms and ISO quality management standards
