Overview

Abm seeks an exceptional Strategic Account Lead to oversee the operational aspects of key accounts, driving revenue growth and fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, generating revenue in line with individual targets
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to all opportunities
  • Develop and present alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to share relationships and cross-sell
  • Effectively manage the operational aspects of the account portfolio, including goal setting and objective planning
  • Conduct ongoing Health and Safety reviews across the account portfolio
  • Regularly review and ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide analytical reporting of account portfolio performance to inform key decisions
  • Drive social value in line with Abm and customer ambitions

Requirements

  • Technical background in the M&E industry
  • Proven successful working relationships with high-end service providers
  • A motivator and leader of people with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of KPI and SLA scoring mechanisms
  • Strong leadership qualities across all levels of the business
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of the market and current trends
  • A good understanding of contractual terms and ISO quality management standards
