Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Lead to join our team at Dewynters.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients across the entertainment industry. As a Strategic Account Lead, you will be expected to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a team of account managers to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in account management.

Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client revenue and expand services
    • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
    • Identify new business opportunities and pitch for additional work
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of client projects
  • Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth
    • Partner with other teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
    • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
    • Familiarity with the entertainment industry and its trends
