We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to drive commercial success and nurture relationships with our strategic accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts, building connections from C-suite to operational levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and increase usage.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management within a strategic role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and hands-on experience in managing daily operations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
