Job Title: Key Account Manager

MSL McKesson Strategic Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key customers, including Optum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Optum.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing account plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
