Key Account Management Role Overview:

At Alpha Fashion Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving designated sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to achieve designated sales targets for both existing and new accounts.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
* Stay informed about competing products, discount structures, and market trends.
* Conduct regular calls and meetings with business units to foster relationships and communicate strategies for Key Accounts.
* Collaborate with various business departments within the organization to sustain and enhance relationships with key accounts.

**Requirements:**

* More than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience, with a proven track record of developing or serving key accounts.
* Commercial judgment coupled with an ability to offer solutions to customer problems.
* Degree level preferably in Fashion or Textiles.
