Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to manage and nurture commercial relationships with our strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in driving business success and growth while actively participating in daily operations and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with strategic accounts, building connections from C-suite to operational levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth and increase usage.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Understand clients' business goals and develop strategic plans to support their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Help shape the product offering based on customers' needs and strategic plans.
