Overview:

Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Strategic Sales Professional to join our team. Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a sales professional who can drive business growth and expand their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed annual sales targets for existing accounts, with a focus on key customers.
  • Quality of Service: Ensure high-quality service is provided to all customers, with an emphasis on key accounts.
  • New Product Launches: Be involved in the launch and development of new products, while exceeding sales targets for these products.
  • Account Management: Identify high-spending accounts and develop action plans to meet sales targets, while also growing these accounts.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain key historical sales data and use it to analyze trends and provide insights to superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience working in the food or FMCG sector.
  • Skills: Strong business development skills, communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
