Overview:
Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Strategic Sales Professional to join our team. Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a sales professional who can drive business growth and expand their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed annual sales targets for existing accounts, with a focus on key customers.
- Quality of Service: Ensure high-quality service is provided to all customers, with an emphasis on key accounts.
- New Product Launches: Be involved in the launch and development of new products, while exceeding sales targets for these products.
- Account Management: Identify high-spending accounts and develop action plans to meet sales targets, while also growing these accounts.
- Data Analysis: Maintain key historical sales data and use it to analyze trends and provide insights to superiors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: University degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience working in the food or FMCG sector.
- Skills: Strong business development skills, communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
