About the Scheme

The UK's Seasonal Workers Scheme is a new initiative aimed at addressing the staffing challenges faced by the UK horticultural industry post-Brexit. As an operator, our client has been appointed to source and issue visas to workers from foreign countries, allocating them work on specific UK farms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including farmers and workers.
  2. Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions.
  3. Ensure effective communication and welfare of workers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a UK full driving licence and be proficient in the Russian language. Our client offers a fast-growing environment with opportunities for career progress and provides full training.

Working Arrangements

This is a field-based role, with approximately one day a week spent working from home. You will be required to visit farms in your area, interview workers, and meet with clients.
