Brand Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Brand Liaison Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, with experience in managing seasonal workers and developing value-adding relationships with farms. You will be required to spend a significant amount of time visiting farms in your area, interviewing workers, and meeting with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Providing support and guidance to workers to ensure their welfare and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Strong background in horticulture and experience in managing seasonal workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Full UK driving licence.
