About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Brand Liaison Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, including farmers and workers, to ensure the smooth operation of the Seasonal Workers Scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including farmers and workers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring compliance with scheme regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to clients on scheme-related matters, including visa applications and worker welfare.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence and be able to speak Russian.
