Brand Liaison Officer

About the role
This is a field-based position, requiring a significant amount of time spent visiting farms in your area, interviewing workers, and meeting with clients. You will also be responsible for developing value-adding relationships with the farms and ensuring the ongoing welfare of all workers.
Key responsibilities
- Must speak Russian language
- Hold UK full driving licence
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients;
- Make recommendations for corrective actions, monitor their implementation.
Our client is a quality operator, leading the way in compliance and welfare, and a key player in the ongoing success of the British horticultural sector.
They now seek to appoint two new people to work as a conduit between all stakeholders, managing and working with the workers whilst they're in the UK.
