About the Role

The People and Culture Partner will report directly to the People and Culture VP and will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, compensation, recruitment, TUPE, relocation, diversity, training, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and TUPE to provide expert support on HR issues.

About the Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should possess previous business partnering experience, ideally in financial services, Retail, Tech, Communications, or Marketing industries. Additionally, you should have experience in mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and TUPE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with resourcefulness, self-motivation, and adaptability, are essential.
