Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner, responsible for developing and implementing people-focused strategies. This role involves partnering with unit leaders to understand current and future team needs, designing a workforce plan, and executing talent acquisition strategies. You'll also provide leadership in job/team design, talent development, compensation and benefits, and contribute to shaping a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Culture: Create and sustain a vibrant company culture, support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and develop reward and recognition programs. Team Design and Talent Acquisition: Partner with unit leaders to understand current and future team needs, design a workforce plan, and execute talent acquisition strategies. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, address and resolve complex issues, and provide training and coaching to managers. Talent Development: Design and execute talent development programs, partner with L&D to understand learning needs, and develop continuous learning initiatives. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, provide guidance to managers, and implement strategies to drive high performance. Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the Head of People and Culture to review pay and benefits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop compensation programs. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and analyse HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with in-depth knowledge of UK labour legislation and HR best practices. You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Experience in resolving complex employee relations issues and leading HR initiatives in a dynamic environment is essential. A CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
