About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cultural transformation efforts as the Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a values-led workplace, aligning with our Council's strategic objectives.
  2. Design and oversee programmes that drive engagement and culture transformation, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  3. Apply your understanding of issues around staff surveys and utilise focus groups and employee forums to shape and influence our workplace environment positively.
  4. Integrate principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion into all aspects of your role, ensuring our initiatives are inclusive and equitable.
  5. Lead organisational culture initiatives with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to executive and senior management.
